Warranty
The warranty for the entire line of products manufactured at the DECO LINE factory is 1 year. Each panel is subject to mandatory verification for compliance with the declared parameters. In 2024, we successfully passed the LEHMAN PRO audit (Leroy Merlin) and received the ISO 9001 certificate. Based on the results of the audit, we have proved that the quality of our products and management meets all international standards.
In 2024, they received SRO admission from the Architectural Heritage Association. In 2023, another product certification was completed and an "Expert sanitary and epidemiological conclusion" on the absolute environmental friendliness of the panels and a "Certificate of compliance with fire safety" confirming the non-combustibility of the products were obtained.
Returns
According to the Law of the Russian Federation of 07.02.1992 N 2300-1 (as amended on 13.07.2015) "On Protection of Consumer Rights", the exchange or return of goods with high quality can be made by the consumer if the presentation and consumer properties of the goods are preserved. Following Article 502 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and Article 25 of the Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights," the buyer's demand for the return of the goods is subject to satisfaction if the goods were not in use, their consumer properties were preserved, and there is evidence of its purchase from this seller (commodity or cash check, other document confirming payment for the goods). If the product does not meet these requirements of the Law "On the Protection of Consumer Rights," then it cannot be exchanged as a good quality product.
Refunds are only possible to the account from which the payment was made.
